Outsourced Accounting Department
Our Outsourced Accounting Department service provides a virtual accounting department for your business. We assign a dedicated team of bookkeepers, managers, and a senior manager (Controller) to your company. We provide full-charge bookkeeping on a weekly basis and perform month-end closings.

Outsourced Controller/CFO
If you have an in-house bookkeeper that is functioning well, but needs additional oversight by a finance professional, ProAccounting can assign your business an Outsourced Controller. You get the confidence you need while leveraging existing resources.
A dedicated bookkeeping staff & a Controller/CFO will look over the shoulder of your in-house staff on a monthly basis. The Controller/CFO oversees the monthly and quarterly closing process to help ensure high quality financial statements. The ProAccounting staff reviews the original entry performed by your staff. At the end of the month or quarter, ProAccounting can reconcile and update every balance sheet account, including bank accounts, fixed assets and accruals. We’ll create workpapers to make sure your business is always ready for a third-party to review.
